At JanamPatrika Pro, we strive to deliver top-tier astrological analyses and comprehensive Kundali reports. Because our predictions are customized based on the precise birth coordinates you submit, please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility (Full Refund)

We provide a full refund under the following specific conditions:

• Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your personalized PDF report within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation (provided correct birth details were submitted).
• Double Transaction / Gateway Error: If you were charged multiple times due to a payment gateway timeout or system glitch.

2. No Refund Conditions

As each report involves custom astronomical calculations and professional interpretation compiled for your specific birth metrics, we cannot offer refunds under the following scenarios:

• After the successful dispatch of the PDF report to your registered WhatsApp or Email.
• If predictions or timelines do not match your expectations (astrology is an interpretive science of possibilities).
• If incorrect birth coordinates (date, time, or location) were submitted by you.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Timelines
